1. Introduction
At Recyclekart, we are committed to providing high-quality, thoroughly tested refurbished devices. Our warranty policy ensures a transparent, reliable, and fair experience for every customer.
Note: This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Recyclekart’s official website. For purchases made through third-party marketplaces, their respective warranty terms will apply.
2. Warranty Duration
Standard Warranty:
All Recyclekart products include a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Extended Warranty:
Customers can optionally purchase an extended warranty of up to 2 years, if available during checkout.
3. What’s Covered
This warranty covers hardware defects or functional failures under normal use, including:

Screen or display issues

Motherboard failure
-
Keyboard or input malfunction
-
RAM or hard drive defects
-
Battery issues (only if major degradation occurs due to a manufacturing defect within 6 months)

Included accessories (covered under 6-month warranty)
4. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover the following:

Software issues, updates, or configuration errors

Physical, water, or accidental damage
-
Normal battery wear after 6 months of use
-
Damage due to misuse, power surges, or incompatible accessories

Unauthorized repairs or modifications
-
Devices with tampered or removed serial numbers
5. Customer Cooperation & Troubleshooting Requirement
Before processing any replacement or refund, customer cooperation is mandatory.

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours.

Customers must participate in remote troubleshooting (via call or video) guided by our support team.
⚠️ Important: Direct replacement or refund requests without troubleshooting will not be accepted.
6. Resolution Process
After troubleshooting, the following resolutions may apply:

Repair: The product may be picked up and repaired at our facility.

Replacement: If repair is not possible, a replacement of equal or higher specification will be provided.

Refund: If the issue remains unresolved, a refund may be issued (after inspection and applicable depreciation).
7. Shipping & Handling
Shipping costs during warranty service depend on the duration since delivery:

Important Packaging Guidelines:

Customers must pack the product securely before return.

Recyclekart is not responsible for transit damage caused by improper packaging.
Lost or Tampered Package During Pickup:
If the device is lost or tampered with during a Recyclekart-arranged pickup:

A 50% reimbursement of the product’s value will be issued within 7–14 business days after verification.

Pickup receipt and required documents must be provided for claim approval.
8. Limitation of Liability
Recyclekart shall not be held responsible for:

Data loss

Time or productivity loss
-
Business or commercial losses
-
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited strictly to repair, replacement, or refund as per this policy.
9. Proof of Purchase & Ownership
To claim warranty service, customers must provide:

A valid invoice or order confirmation, and

Verification of ownership (especially in locked or inaccessible devices)
10. Governing Law
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
