Hypernex Private Limited is committed to providing the best possible service to its customers. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:


1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests cannot be entertained once the order has been processed, dispatched to the vendor or merchant, or has entered the shipping phase.

  • Please note that once an order is shipped, it becomes ineligible for cancellation.


2. Add-ons and Accessories

  • Hypernex Private Limited does not accept cancellation requests for add-ons or extra accessories.

  • However, in the event of a quality issue, refund or replacement requests may be considered if the customer provides sufficient evidence that the delivered product is defective or unsatisfactory.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The complaint will be considered valid only after inspection and verification by our merchant or vendor.

  • If you believe the product received is not as described on our website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Our team will carefully evaluate your concern and take appropriate action, which may include repair, replacement, or refund as deemed suitable.


4. Refund Policy

  • In cases where a refund is approved by Hypernex Private Limited, 90% of the invoice amount will be refunded to the customer.

  • The remaining 10% will be deducted as a non-refundable charge, covering unavoidable service fees, logistics costs, and depreciation incurred during order processing, handling, and product movement.

  • This standard deduction ensures consistent service quality and operational efficiency.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
