Hypernex Private Limited is committed to providing the best possible service to its customers. To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have established the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. Order Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

Cancellation requests cannot be entertained once the order has been processed, dispatched to the vendor or merchant, or has entered the shipping phase.

Please note that once an order is shipped, it becomes ineligible for cancellation.
2. Add-ons and Accessories

Hypernex Private Limited does not accept cancellation requests for add-ons or extra accessories.

However, in the event of a quality issue, refund or replacement requests may be considered if the customer provides sufficient evidence that the delivered product is defective or unsatisfactory.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product.

The complaint will be considered valid only after inspection and verification by our merchant or vendor.

If you believe the product received is not as described on our website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will carefully evaluate your concern and take appropriate action, which may include repair, replacement, or refund as deemed suitable.
4. Refund Policy

In cases where a refund is approved by Hypernex Private Limited, 90% of the invoice amount will be refunded to the customer.

The remaining 10% will be deducted as a non-refundable charge, covering unavoidable service fees, logistics costs, and depreciation incurred during order processing, handling, and product movement.

This standard deduction ensures consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days.

The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
